The Sovereign State of Aeterna Lucina, also known as the Order of the White Cross International or the Sovereign Humanitarian Mission State of Aeterna Lucina, was a micronation founded by Paul Robert Neuman in the 1970s. It ceased upon the death of it’s founder in the 1990s.
